Metal-bonded slide plate

Using the tabular corundum, metallic al powder, silicon carbide as the main raw material, adding the appropriate boron carbide and other fine powder to improve the oxidation performance, according to the customer request, silicon modified resin or phenolic resin with high solid content, high residual carbon and good oxidation resistance as the binder. After molding, non-firing, nitriding and low-temperature firing process could be respectively adopted according to the operating requirements.

Basic Plate
